Our PanoramaKnives are made from high-end stainless cutlery steel 42 (Molybdenum / Vanadium) DIN No. 1.4116 and a specially hardened to 54-55 HRC.

These blades have been blue-polished, and the handle consist of rosewood or walnut while the riveting is made from aluminium.
